Fonos is the system developed by Inventis for the professional voice analysis, with the aim of integrating all the main voice analysis parameters and giving an easy and immediate access to them.

Fonos includes professional hardware dedicated to voice acquisition and recording and two modules of Daisy, the patients management system: Voice Analysis and Phonetogram. The voice analysis sessions are stored into the patient folder of the Daisy database, and are therefore easily accessible for later review and comparative analysis.

The Voice Analysis module performs a deep off-line analysis of the patient phonation, extracting the following parameters:

• Fundamental frequency
• Energy and peak-to-peak amplitude
• Main vocal parameters, like jitter, shimmer, F0 and amplitude modulations and Harmonic to Noise Ratio, with graphical comparison to normative data
